Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly is the co-author of a new book called “Killing Reagan” about the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan in 1981. He tells TODAY’s Matt Lauer that Reagan came within a hairsbreadth of being removed from office after being shot because his aides were uncertain he could perform his duties.
