Embattled comedian Bill Cosby is heading back to court Tuesday for a key hearing tied to the sexual assault accusations he’s facing. In court documents, his lawyers argue that the delay in bringing charges against Cosby violates his constitutional rights, that the 79-year-old is nearly blind, and that he is the victim of racism.
