Bill Cosby: Ball in prosecution’s court after sex assault case declared mistrial
Bill Cosby is keeping quiet after a mistrial was declared on Saturday in the sexual assault case, in which he was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand. While this trial didn’t have the outcome either side would have preferred, the district attorney says the case isn’t over. The next trial could start within 120 days.
