President Joe Biden told CBS News that former President Donald Trump’s “erratic behavior” should bar him from intelligence briefings that is available to former presidents. Biden also pulled back on a goal to increase the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, saying that will likely have to wait for future legislation rather than the current COVID-19 relief package.
