President-elect Joe Biden is projected to win the state of Georgia, last won by a Democrat in 1992. This latest victory means he flipped five states President Trump won in 2016. Until the Trump administration formally recognizes Biden as president-elect, officials cannot share COVID-19 vaccine distribution plans with the incoming team.
