Bed bugs are developing immunity to most common pesticide treatment


According to a report in the Journal of Medical Entomology, bed bugs have developed a resistance to neonics, the most widely used group of insecticides for controlling them. One of the report's authors says "people are spending a lot of money on products that aren't working" and says strategies to fight bed bugs need to be reevaluated.
