Baylor fraternity president accused of sexual assault gets no jail time

Outrage is growing after a judge accepted a controversial plea deal for former Baylor University fraternity president Jacob Anderson, who was charged with sexually assaulting a fellow student in 2016. As part of the agreement, Anderson pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of unlawful restraint. He will serve three years of probation, pay a $400 fine and will have to attend a sexual offenders group therapy program, but no jail time. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports for TODAY.
