Attorney: OSU homecoming crash suspect had ‘no real response’ to killing 4


Tony Coleman, attorney for Adacia Chambers, the suspect in the deadly Oklahoma State University homecoming parade crash, said that his client had “no real response” when given the information that four people had died and was “lacking in capacity.” He tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that be believes his client suffers from a mental illness and was under the influence of something other than alcohol or intoxicating drugs.
