The Navy says that at least 416 sailors assigned to the USS Theodore Roosevelt have tested positive for coronavirus. About 1,000 more are still awaiting test results. The ship’s captain, Brett Crozier, was relieved of command after writing a letter pleading for help with the outbreak on his ship.April 10, 2020
