As US surpasses 9 million coronavirus cases, cities enact new restrictions


For the second straight day, the U.S. set a new record for daily coronavirus cases, with more than 90,000 recorded on Thursday. The dramatic increase has led to a growing number of states putting tough new restrictions in place. NBC's Kathy Park reports for TODAY from Chicago, where rules to curb the crisis are going into effect.
