As facial-ID tech use expands, some worry about privacy and biases
Facial-recognition technology is no longer a distant science-fiction dream, and it doesn’t end with unlocking your iPhone. Today, 15 stadiums around the country are using the same biometric technology from CLEAR that’s being used at airports, providing a safer experience for people. But like all emerging and advancing technology, it’s not perfect. NBC’s Jo Ling Kent has this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
