NBC’s Andrea Mitchell says that the apparent terror attacks in Belgium Tuesday morning will have effects on such issues as Great Britain’s upcoming vote on whether to leave the EU. She says there could also be a “real political firestorm brewing” in the U.S. in the wake of the attacks, pointing out how Donald Trump responded to last year’s Paris terror attacks. She says in light of that, to expect a “strong statement” from President Obama on Tuesday.
