Amazon Prime Day off to rocky start with website errors
Amazon’s 36-hour sale event known as Prime Day kicked off Tuesday, but many excited shoppers seeking deals were met with error messages on the site. The retail giant was apparently unable to handle the traffic load, with the company’s account posting to Twitter, “We’re working to resolve this issue quickly.” NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
