Alison Parker’s boyfriend, station manager honor slain WDBJ journalists

06:24

“Two of us died yesterday in this business,” said Chris Hurst, boyfriend and co-worker of slain WDBJ journalist Alison Parker. Jeff Marks, the station’s general manager, said that co-workers immediately recognized gunman Vester Flanagan from the still photo captured on Adam Ward’s camera as he was shot, and immediately passed the information to authorities. “She brought a smile out of me that I didn’t even know existed,” Marks said of Parker.
