Just four months after passenger Dr. David Dao suffered serious injuries being dragged off an oversold United flight, the latest report card on how airlines are treating passengers shows bumping at a 22-year low. In June, 76 percent of flights were on time. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
