ACM Award nominations revealed, with no woman tapped for entertainer of the year

The nominations for this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards were revealed Friday with Maren Morris and Chris Stapleton up for six awards each. Notably absent from the entertainer of the year category is the nomination of any female singers. Thomas Rhett and Carrie Underwood shared the top award last year.
