9/11 victims honored in ceremonies across the US

Ceremonies honoring the thousands killed on Sept. 11, 2001, will take place in New York City and other cities on the 18th anniversary of the terror attacks. This year, a spotlight is also on the first responders who died or fell ill after exposure to the toxins at ground zero. NBC’s Rehema Ellis reports for TODAY.
