7 summits, 7 seas: Martin Frey shares adventure of a lifetime
At age 56, Martin Frey is the first person in the world to climb the highest peaks on each of the seven continents and sail all of the Seven Seas. The journey took 11 years. In total, he has climbed more than 140,000 feet and sailed more than 36,000 nautical miles while enduring extreme temperatures, suffocating elevations and monster sea waves, and lived to tell about it. Watch Willie Geist surprise Frey with a special honor. You can find more information about all of his journeys at 7summits7seas.org.
