A 6-foot tall portrait of Donald Trump has now become a symbol of the questions surrounding his charitable foundation. If the portrait is at one of Trump’s homes or businesses, he could be violating IRS rules by buying himself a gift with his own foundation’s money, Washington Post reporter David Farenthold says.
