4 female police chiefs tell Megyn Kelly how they broke the glass ceiling
Most of the country’s police chiefs are men, but four female police chiefs from North Carolina – C.J. Davis, Cassandra Deck-Brown, Patrice Andrews and Gina Hawkins – are proving that women can police as well as men. “We had to be more and do more,” one tells Megyn.
