Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai said a NATO helicopter transporting 31 U.S. special-forces troops and seven Afghan commandos crashed west of Kabul on Saturday. As NBC's Atia Abawi reports, the Taliban is claiming it shot down the helicopter.
