A second fraternity member is expected to enter a guilty plea Wednesday in connection to the 2017 hazing death of Penn State student Tim Piazza. Joseph Ems, 22, was charged with misdemeanor counts for providing alcohol to a different pledge. The guilty plea comes a week after another frat member, Ryan Burke, plead guilty and was sentenced to three months on house arrest. TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.Aug. 8, 2018
