2 faculty members fired from Parkland school as board approves armed guards


Two faculty members who served as security monitors have been fired from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, for their alleged inaction during the shooting massacre that took place in February. Meanwhile, the school district will also begin hiring armed guards to protect students, as required by a new state law. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
