Three viewers have taken on TODAY’s “16 by 16” challenge to get trim and healthy by the beginning of 2016. In week 4 of the challenge, fitness correspondent Jenna Wolfe reveals that our three participants have lost a combined total of 26 pounds so far and takes them through some exercises they can do while watching football, and nutritionist Joy Bauer shows them three simple swaps for their favorite football foods.
