13 siblings found held captive in California; parents charged with torture


Thirteen children have been rescued from a Southern California home where some had been chained to their beds and starved. A 17-year-old girl who escaped led police to the disturbing scene. The parents have been charged with torture and child endangerment. Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY from Perris, California.
