Navigating the health-care system can be difficult for anyone but even more so for some women who need to be their own best advocates or risk facing life-threatening consequences. NBC's Erin McLaughlin spoke to two women who experienced it firsthand, including one who, after being turned away by a doctor, took to Tiktok to share her frustrations and symptoms.
