‘There’s going to be a long civil war’ within GOP, Rich Lowry says

Rich Lowry, editor of the conservative National Review, tells TODAY that many of the Capitol Hill rioters “quite sincerely” believed President Trump’s false claims that the election was stolen. He says that “a lot of Republicans were too quiet too long about what the president was saying and doing over the last two months” and predicts “a long civil war within the party between the Trump forces and the conservatives.”
