An Uber driver named Robert Westlake, who also works as a security guard and recently graduated from the police academy, fatally shot another man in a heated confrontation in Florida. The man and his girlfriend got into an argument at a bar when he believed his girlfriend took off in the Uber Westlake was driving. She did not, but the man pursued the car anyway. No charges have been filed. Police are calling it a classic case of “stand your ground.” NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.Aug. 30, 2018
