‘Princesses Wear Pants’ teaches girls that sparkles aren’t everything
TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie and parent educator Alli Oppenheim have collaborated on a new children’s book, “Princesses Wear Pants,” to teach young girls that what they do matters more than how they look. Alli says that she and Savannah came up with the idea because both their daughters were “obsessed with everything pink and sparkly.”
