‘Not my president’: Anti-Donald Trump protests erupt across the country after election
Protests in cities across the country erupted Wednesday in the wake of the unexpected election of Donald Trump to the presidency. In such cities as New York, Chicago, New Orleans, Oakland and Portland, Oregon, demonstrators burned flags and vandalized cars as police worked to control crowds. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY from Los Angeles, where demonstrations also raged overnight.
