‘It just made me feel so frustrated’: Girl Scout’s letter about sexist language goes viral
Twelve-year-old Julianne Speyer was marching in an Ohio parade with her Girl Scout troupe when the announcer said something she felt was very sexist. That’s when she decided to write a letter to the editor of her local paper. Julianne joins Al Roker and Jenna Bush Hager with her proud parents, Jennifer and Michael Speyer.
