President Trump downplays chances of second wave of coronavirus

During a visit to a Ford plant in Michigan Thursday, President Trump downplayed the chances of second wave of the coronavirus, insisting states will not need to lock down if the virus does flare again. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports for TODAY from the White House.
