America's favorite '90s supermodels are back, and showing the latest generation just how it's done.
Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer joined forces for Balmain's spring 2016 campaign, and the photos are just as stunning as to be expected from the classic beauties.
Shot by Steven Klein, the fashion icons show off the collection's ruffled, intricate and body-conscious designs in black-and-white photos.
"This campaign is about what makes me love fashion, and these three women are exactly that," Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing told Vogue in an interview published Thursday. These three women are what made me love fashion yesterday, make me love fashion today, and are going to make me love fashion in the future.”
The photo shoot, Claudia Schiffer told Vogue, was a welcome opportunity for the models to reconnect.
"I loved seeing Cindy and Naomi again," she said. "Every time it’s like I’m continuing a conversation from the day before. We have experienced some amazing times together. Cindy and I talked about family life as we had our hair and makeup done, and Naomi, who still has the best body in the business, made us laugh.”
