While promoting her new party-planning guide "Celebrate" in London Thursday, the Duchess's little sister, 29, showed off four fab looks. She did admit in the book that her family — and her bottom — helped make her famous, so why not show if off?
She mingled with kids and posed for photo-ops, all the while enjoying her turn in the spotlight.
