53-year-old Vickie Lilley from North Carolina dropped 95 pounds and decided it was a good time to trade in her "au naturale" appearance for an upgraded look.

"She's a wonderful person, " Vickie's friend Renee told Jill Martin. "She'll give you the shirt off her back."

Her sweet friends' jaws dropped to the floor when Vickie showed off her look.

"Oh my!" She screamed when looking in the mirror. "Look at my hair!"

"That's dramatic," Kathie Lee exclaimed.

Zumba instructor Paula Broski our Ambush Makeover team's attention too, thanks to a big sign her daughters made.

"She's always in workout clothes, so she needs an update," Paula's daughter said.

"It's been like this for a long time," she said before the makeover. "I've never really colored my hair."

A visibly surprised Paula was pleased with her look and her daughters thought she looked great.
