Kerry Washington turned heads on the 2016 Emmys red carpet in a gorgeous, floor-length black dress with perfectly placed cutouts.

The pregnant "Scandal" star, who was nominated for her role as Anita Hill in HBO's "Confirmation," proved once again that she's not afraid to bare a little belly (as she did in a crop top at the 2014 SAG Awards).

This time, her Brandon Maxwell gown even had a dramatic matching cape to go with it. Paired with a mane of gorgeous curls, Washington was serving up some serious maternity style goals.

Washington, who is pregnant with her second child with husband Nnamdi Asomugha, has been open about the struggles of dressing as a mom-to-be.

"There's nothing high-end for professional women who are pregnant," she said in an August interview with InStyle magazine. "So for ('Scandal'), we wind up just buying the same clothes. We will cut out the front of Armani trousers and put in a pregnancy panel. That's what we do for everything."

The mom to Isabelle, 2, added that friends like Jessica Alba make the process easier. "She told me she had this box of maternity clothes that she would ship from girlfriend to girlfriend. I was like, 'Can I have it?'"
