Denim is always in style!

But this fall, your go-to pair of jeans is getting a serious upgrade. From wide leg styles to two-tone colors to cropped hems, it's time to add some fun and flair.

TODAY Style Squad member and founder of the TheLVGuide.com, Lilliana Vazquez,stopped by TODAY Thursday to share some of the hottest denim trends this season and tips on how to rock them.

This season is all about exposing just the right amount of ankle. Cropped flare jeans let you show off your fabulous shoes with ease. Go for a high-waisted pair and tuck in your shirt for a figure-flattering look. Then just throw on a structured jacket and head out the door!

Pro tip: If you're wearing ankle boots, make sure the hem hits at or below the top of the boots.
