With names like "Fairy Tailor," "Model Citizen" and "Find Me a Man-nequin," Essie is taking the high-fashion theme seriously. In fact, Kate Bosworth, Elle Fanning and Katie Holmes donned the new polishes on the Met Gala red carpet — arguably the biggest fashion event of the year.
Even Essie’s signature bottle is getting a new look: the slanted sides are meant to evoke a twirling dress on the runway and the swirl-stem brush is tapered to drop off just the right amount of color.
According to Essie, two coats of color plus one top coat can last up to fourteen days. (And don’t worry — if you’re not ready to commit to two full weeks of being a "Twill Seeker,” Essie’s regular polishes aren’t going anywhere).
Started from the bottle, now we’re here. Sassy nail emojis ad infinitum.
