Style:
Step 1: Tease hair at the crown to add lift and volume, then gather hair to one side.
Step 2: Divide hair into two sections and grab a ¼-inch piece from the outside of one of the sections.
Step 3: Cross the outside piece to the center; add to the opposite section, then gather a ¼-inch section from the outside of the opposite section.
Step 4: Cross the outside piece to the center. Add to the opposite section and repeat process until you reach the ends. Secure with an elastic band.
Tip! “For a clean look, use a clear elastic band instead of a colored one,” says Katie.
