Duchess Kate might have her Jenny Packham gowns and McQueen ensembles, but Duchess Camilla knows what all the cool kids are wearing.

The Duchess of Cornwall, 66, was spotted wearing a Rainbow Loom — the trendy rubber band bracelet for the kiddie-crafts set — in Canada Monday on a royal tour with Prince Charles. Camilla paired the colorful bracelet with a bright cobalt blue coat-dress and some fancy royal bling. (That diamond ring is not kidding around.)

If you’re unfamiliar with Rainbow Looms (because you’re not 10 years old), it’s basically the modern day version of Silly Bandz or slap bracelets, and was so darn popular last year that it was actually banned in certain American schools.

The duchess was honored with the bracelet by a crafty youngster at the Northbrook community centre in Dartmouth, Canada on Monday.
