By the end of Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards, Carrie Underwood walked away with two of the top honors — nabbing trophies for Performance of the Year and Female Video of the Year.
But Underwood and many of the other leading ladies of country music (and beyond) were winning long before the awards were handed out — with their red carpet looks.

From floor-length florals to bold, black and beaded designs, the was no single trend that stood out as Nicole Kidman, Cam, Erin Andrews and others entered Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.
Instead, the stars stood out for their individual tastes and strong styles.
