It's official: Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer have tied the knot!

The couple teased fans with a photo on Tuesday showing Palin wearing her engagement ring paired with another band, but it wasn't until Wednesday that they confirmed their marriage to Entertainment Tonight, and separately with TODAY.

Palin, daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and Meyer, veteran of the Marine Corps and Medal of Honor recipient, decided to keep their wedding from the public eye, though neither is new to the limelight. Palin, 25, competed on "Dancing With the Stars" and had her own reality TV show on Lifetime, "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp."

"Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," the couple told ET.

Palin and Meyer had announced their engagement in March 2015, but called it off just a month later.

"On one hand, we know that everything happens for a reason, and there are no mistakes or coincidences," Meyer, 27, wrote in a caption to a photo he shared Tuesday. "On the other hand, we learn that we can never give up, knowing that with the right tools and energy, we can reverse any decree or karma. So, which is it? Let the Light decide, or never give up? The answer is: both."

The newlyweds have a 5-month-old daughter, Sailor Grace, and are currently on their honeymoon. Yesterday, Meyer shared a photo with the message: "Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a manner of traveling."
