4. Ponds Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Cream, $8, Target
“(This has) a delicious texture that melts into skin while lactic acid smooths away dryness and fine lines. This cream always delivers results. 6. Palmers Skin Therapy Oil, $12.50, Walgreens
“Use this oil alone or mixed into your favorite moisturizer. It soothes even the driest of skin while providing a soft bounce and glow,” says Dylan. (Pro tip: Mix a drop in foundation for a dewy effect!)
7. Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist, $15, Target
“Add a hydrating spritz on the go! This mist counteracts water loss during the day while providing a fresh glow in an instant,” says Dylan. It's also great for setting makeup!
8. Vicks Cool Mist Humidiifer, $35, Target
“A humidifier is key to create moisture while you sleep. It allows skin to draw in ambient water to refresh and plump so you wake to a naturally hydrated complexion,” says Dylan.
9. Yes to Blueberries Face and Neck Oil, $17.50, Walgreens
“Oil is a good addition to you skin care routine, especially during the winter months. This botanical lipid complex not only moisturizes, it also nourishes with a blend antioxidant-rich fruit extracts and other ingredients to help fight the signs of aging. I tell patients to add facial oil into their morning and night routines to give a youthful appearance in the morning lock in moisture overnight. I also love that this product is paraben-free,” says Dr. John Paul Tutela, whose treats Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.
10. Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Night Cream, $11, Jet
“This is a great, natural night cream to help hydrate skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while you sleep. Bedtime is the perfect time to repair the skin from all the different temperatures and elements it comes across during the day. This formula is non-greasy and intensely hydrating,” says Tutela.
11. Burt's Bees Baby Multipurpose Ointment, $9, Walgreens
"I discovered Burt’s Bees Baby Multipurpose Ointment as a baby shower gift for my son and quickly became obsessed with it for myself, too. I love using it to create a moisture barrier after I’ve applied lotion to really lock it in and keep it from dissipating in the dry air. And it smells divine! My chin tends to get extra dry and irritated from my scarf or wool turtleneck and it has really helped," says celebrity makeup artist Amy Nadine, whose celebrity clients include Lauren Conrad, Susan Sarandon, Rachel Bilson and Krysten Ritter.

"Aquaphor is essential during the winter. It’s extremely emollient for lips, face and body, locking in moisture. It also adds an nice, even glow to skin,” says makeup artist Kristofer Buckle, whose celebrity clients include Blake Lively and Mariah Carey.
13. Olay Regenerist Regenerating Serum, $14, Walgreens
"It works to deliver maximum hydration using a concentrated form of an exclusive amino-peptide complex. This will provide hydration to the surface layer of skin, making it better prepared for winter conditions,” says makeup artist Justin Tyme, whose celebrity clients include Lori Loughlin, Lisa Edelstein, Courteney Cox and Alexis Bledel.
14. Grapeseed Oil, $7, Target
"Dry, red, scaly skin isn't cute ... whether it be around your nose from a cold or on your elbows, knees, heels, etc. Slather some grapeseed oil to hydrate and heal any dry areas on your body. You can even swipe a coat over your lips to keep them soft and exfoliate them with a toothbrush or hand towel using circular motions,” says esthetician Sonya Dakar, whose celebrity clients include Gwyneth Paltrow.
