It's been unseasonably warm in New York City this week, so it's no surprise that people are coming to the plaza in droves.
Our Ambush Makeover team of celebrity hairstylist Louis Licari and TODAY Style Squad member Jill Martin had a tough choice, but they found the perfect duo to give gorgeous new looks to. And the best part is, they're twin sisters!
Belinda Brown
Belinda Brown, 60, and her twin sister, Brenda Roberts, are both retired Houston police sergeants who come to the plaza once a year. Brown is once again in town with Roberts, who is 11 minutes younger. Her yearly trip was about to get a whole lot more exciting when our Ambush Makeover team decided to give her some pampering.
"Oh, my God! Oh, I love my hair!" exclaimed Brown upon her big reveal. "It's beautiful!"
Hoda Kotb couldn't get over how fabulous the cut was.
Igor Musayev transformed Brown's one-length hair to a cool, shoulder-grazing layered look. For the outfit, Martin put her in a comfortable and casual look from Clara Sunwoo that's perfect for traveling, since these twin sisters are headed on a cruise on Saturday.

Brenda Roberts
Brown wasn't the only one in store for some fun — her twin sister was also up for a makeover. Roberts is a breast cancer survivor, and her sister was excited for her to sit back and relax while our Ambush Makeover team worked its magic.
"No way! That's not you!" said Brown as soon as she saw Roberts.
"I love your hair!" said Roberts about her sister.
"I love YOUR hair," said Brown.
"Oh, my God! Who is that person?" exclaimed Roberts as she saw her new look.
Licari added some bright highlights and Musayev gave Roberts a chic bob haircut. Edin O'Sullivan kept the makeup natural and glamorous.
For the outfit, Martin decked Roberts out in a Clara Sunwoo jacket and NYDJ jeans. It's the perfect look for fall since you can mix and match the pieces.
