Say “hello” to a beautiful, fresh-faced Adele!

The pop superstar is rarely spotted in public without her trademark winged black eyeliner and bold lipstick. But when Adele posted a makeup-free photo on Instagram this week, she reminded everyone that she’s just as glamorous when bare-faced.

The 28-year-old singer posted the candid shot from Vancouver, British Columbia, the latest stop on her “Adele Live 2016” tour.

Judging by her relaxed, casually elegant pose, the Grammy-winner was enjoying a well-deserved moment of peace during her whirlwind global tour, which includes 105 shows across 18 countries.

Later the same day, Adele posted a second, more lighthearted makeup-free selfie from Rogers Arena, where she’s performing on July 21. The “Canucks Security” logo on her shirt refers to the Vancouver Canucks, the Canadian ice hockey team that plays in the same arena.

Adele’s no-makeup selfies are typically few and far between on Instagram, but she seems to be embracing an au naturel look recently. A few days ago, she posted another makeup-free pool pic from Denver. Perhaps she's going makeup-free and following in Alicia Keys footsteps?

With those powerhouse vocals and amazing lyrics, Adele can wear (or not wear) whatever she likes!
