TODAY show Halloween throwback to the '90s

Carson Daly brings back the 90's black nail polish trend as he gets fitted for his costume for TODAY's 2016 Halloween celebration. Carson dressed as himself from when he was the host of MTV's "TRL."

Al Roker dressed as Steve Urkel, the annoying (but lovable) nerd from the sitcom "Family Matters."

Tamron gets fitted for her second costume of the morning, Vivian Ward (Julia Roberts) from "Pretty Woman."

Makeup artists used a 1991 People magazine cover to help transform Kathie Lee Gifford into her old co-host Regis Philbin.

Wearing a short wig and bushy eyebrows, Kathie Lee was almost unrecognizable as Regis.

Kathie Lee and Hoda channeled "Live! With Regis & Kathie Lee," with Kathie Lee as Regis and Hoda as Kathie Lee. Regis himself even popped in for a cameo.

Jenna Bush Hager dressed up as her grandmother, Barbara Bush, and did a bang up job performing the Macarena. See the video here.
