It can be tough to stick to a health regimen over the weekend since Saturdays and Sundays are often filled with family events, social gatherings and personal down time. When an urge strikes for something chocolate and indulgent, try my dark chocolate crunch bars.

They’re super simple to make (only two ingredients required!) and they’re a terrific bargain at only 150 calories per serving. You can bring them to a party, share with friends and family — or make a batch for yourself and stash the extras in the freezer. These treats come highly recommended from my kids. Enjoy!
