Tracy Morgan's recovery from a car crash that nearly took his life a year ago has been a private one, but this week he broke his silence, speaking to TODAY's Matt Lauer about the loss of a close friend and his outlook for the future.
Morgan sat down with Matt on Monday to discuss his injuries, and said that while he is getting better, the pain of losing his longtime friend Jimmy Mac "will always be there."
Matt also accompanied Morgan in his visit to Studio 8H, home of "Saturday Night Live," where Morgan was a cast member from 1996 through 2003.
