Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup can’t believe it’s not butter lite
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place the yogurt in a yogurt strainer or sieve lined with paper towels.
Set over a bowl and drain overnight in the refrigerator.
Discard the liquid (whey) that drains out.
Combine the resulting 1/2 cup yogurt cheese with the Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Lite to make a delicious spread.
