Ingredients

  • 1 cup wisconsin mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Ice cream machine directionsCombine all ingredients and pour into ice cream machine.

Process according to machine directions.

Transfer into a chilled container and store in the freezer.

Freezer directionsCombine all ingredients.

  Pour into a shallow pan, and place pan in freezer.

  Stir every 15 minutes until frozen.
